Saving in the kitchen with leftovers

Most people are skeptical about leftovers but it's a great way to save money and utilizle extra foods that are left in the refrigerator. Food wastage is a thing of the past and families are looking to minimize food spoilage. Having your refrigerator filled with food and then throwing it out is a thing of the past, saving and economizing is the new way of thinking.
1.With the price of rice being so high saving leftovers to make fried rice, cabbage rolls or stuffed peppers are great ways to use up this staple.
2.There are a wide range of uses for spaghetti sauce; chili, lasagna or a homemade pizza adding any leftover vegetables or meats.
3.Chicken breasts are great in fajitas, stir fries, sandwiches and chicken Caesar salad .
4.Over ripe bananas make the best banana bread.and
5. After juicing carrots, using the leftover fibre to make the ever moist carrot cake.
Finding different ways t o use up leftovers can be real exciting and money saving.
