Stablizing the economy

With all the chaos going on at this time people are focus on leadership of this country and of the rebuilding plan in place. This mess will get worse before it gets an better, people are cautious about spending and are interested about the stabilization of the housing prices.
What we don't need to do is bail out the same banks that got us in this mess. They made the loans and they approve the reckless lending and borrowing. Until we get the housing crisis under control the economy will be broke and investors need confidence in the economy.
What should not be done : The bailout should not go to the banks
Taxes should not be raised
Do not raise capital gains
Health care availability for middle class
Housing prices stabilized
No one wants to admit that certain facts on a candidate plays a part in winning an election, example:race verses age or male verses female. These facts should not matters only the capabilities of the candidate.
We need to chose a president for the strategies and ideas he brings to the table and the integrity he possesses.
